Super Subs

Ingredients:
* 6 small (35g) ‘bake at home’ wholemeal bread-rolls
* 1/4 cup (50g) pizza sauce
* 1 large (50g) lean leg ham – diced
* 1 cup (120g) reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
* 220g (7oz) can pineapple pieces (in natural juice) – drained
* 2 tsp mixed dried herbs

1. Preheat oven to 200oC
2. Slice the bread rolls in half and place face-up on a non-stick baking tray
3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over rolls, then top with ham, pineapple and mixed herbs
4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until the base is crisp
5. Place under a hot grill to brown on top

SERVES 6 – MAKES 12 SUBS
